DMCA Policy

Devotee respects intellectual property rights. If you believe your copyrighted work has been used on Devotee without authorization, send a DMCA takedown notice to legal@devotee.cloud with the following information.

1. Your full legal name, address, phone, email.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work (URL to original or registration certificate).
3. Identification of the allegedly infringing material on Devotee (direct URL preferred, e.g. https://devotee.cloud/posts/...).
4. A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized agent.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

If you receive a takedown notification on your content and believe it was made in error, send a counter-notice to the same email with the same six items above, plus a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in the district where you reside.

Accounts with three or more substantiated infringement claims will be permanently terminated and barred from re-registration.
